We were honored to welcome Michael Haines, Deputy Director of the Office of Governance and Vulnerable Populations, USAID/Sri Lanka & Maldives, to United Humanity & his team.
During his visit, he explored our innovative projects and witnessed firsthand the positive impacts of our collaboration with the USAID/SCORE Activity implemented by Global Communities.
He saw how the beneficiaries got benefited from the facilities received from USAID in-kind grant for the project of preventing substance abuse from drugs & alcohol to promote community cohesion. Also, he discussed the development of the rehabilitation process with our executive director.
We are deeply grateful for the support and partnership with USAID – US Agency for International Development and Global Communities that makes this possible.
Through a valuable residential rehabilitation programme with all the facilities for the beneficiaries ( drugs & alcohol addicts) will control addiction & promote community cohesion.
